உங்கள் குடும்ப உறவினர்கள் அல்லது நண்பர்களுக்காக எனில் அதற்கேற்றார்போல் இந்த குழுவிற்குப் பெயரிடவும். வர்த்தக நோக்கு எனில் அதனை மையப்படுத்தி பெயர் அமைக்கவும். அடுத்து பேஸ்புக் தளத்தில் பதிந்த, நீங்கள் விரும்பும் நண்பர்களின் அல்லது உறவினர்களின் பெயர்களை டைப் செய்திடவும்.

இந்த குழுவிற்கான ஐகானையும் இங்கு மாற்றலாம். தொடர்ந்து இந்த குழுவில் இடப்படும் செய்திகள், தகவல்கள் யாருக் கெல்லாம் தெரியப் படலாம் என்பது குறித்தும் இங்கு செட் செய்திடலாம். அனைத்தும் முடித்த பின்னர், Create என்பதில் கிளிக் செய்து குழு அமைத்திடும் பணியை முடிக்கலாம்.

2.குரூப் அரட்டை:

அடுத்த வசதி குழுவின் அரட்டை வசதி. இங்கு அரட்டையில் ஈடுபடும்போது, ஈடுபடும் இருவருக்கு மட்டும் அது தெரியாது. குழுவில் உள்ள அனைவரும் அரட்டையைத் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம். குரூப் பக்கத்தின் வலது பக்கத்தில் உள்ள “Chat with Group” என்பதில் கிளிக் செய்து அரட்டையைத் தொடங்கலாம்.

3. ஆவணங்கள் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளல்:

இந்த குழுவின் இன்னொரு சிறப்பு இதில் ஆவணங்களை உருவாக்குதல். இதில் உருவாக்கப்படும் ஆவணங்களை, குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவரும் பயன்படுத்தலாம். எடிட் செய்திடலாம்.

4.குழுவிற்கான மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி:

குழுவின் உறுப்பினர்களைத் தொடர்பு கொள்ள, இந்த குழு மட்டும் பயன்படுத்த ஒரு மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியினை அமைக்கலாம். இதனை உறுப்பினர்கள் தவிர மற்றவர்கள் பயன்படுத்த முடியாது. குரூப்பில் மின்னஞ்சல் செய்திகள் அனைத்தும் அனைவரும் படிக்கும்படி அமைக்கப்படும்.

5. இமெயில் அறிவிப்புகள்:

இந்த குழுவில் உள்ள உறுப்பினர்களும் தங்களுக்கு எவை எல்லாம் அறிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதனை எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் எடிட் செய்து கொள்ளலாம்.
